D217 Development LLC is a privately held Florida company. We build and hold operating businesses across three sectors, taking long positions rather than trading them.
We own and operate specialty retail with an entertainment component, trading continuously in the Pacific Northwest for more than fifty years. The emphasis is on categories that reward deep product knowledge and discretion, where staff expertise and a well-judged showroom matter more than price alone.
We acquire and hold commercial property, including multi-tenant buildings operated alongside our own retail interests, and residential rental property managed under a dedicated property arm. We favour buildings we understand and tenants we can serve directly, rather than portfolios assembled at a distance.
Our newest line distributes hyperbaric wellness equipment for home and clinic use. It is a consumer wellness business rather than a medical one, built around honest product information, straightforward specification and support that continues after the sale.
